I am sharing some of my favorite time-saving tools that can help you squeeze more hours out of your day.
Time-Saving Canva Design Tips
Canva is a graphic design program with a user-friendly interface. I use Canva literally every day. They have a free version, but for less than $13/ month, it’s worth it for the extra features. One of my most-used premium features is the ability to easily resize graphics to the perfect size for different platforms. In just a couple of easy steps, I can change an Instagram post graphic into an IG story graphic, then into a Pinterest pin. No real design skills are needed to start making professional-looking graphics with their array of templates and stock photos. They even offer some basic video content.
Wave.Video is my go-to for creating video content. I mostly use it for Instagram Reels and videos for ads. Whether you start with raw video or static images, you can create polished-looking videos that will grab the attention of your audience. They offer educational resources, plug-and-play templates, and even a video content calendar.
Scheduling Tools for Business
Tailwind is my favorite social media scheduler. As a Pinterest-approved partner, I require the use of this tool for my Pinterest Management clients. It makes it easy to schedule pins to multiple boards at a frequency you determine. You can maximize the reach of your content without being tied to your computer and calendar. Their browser extension is a game-changer for easily scheduling pins directly from your website. I also love that they are continuously updating and adding to their product offerings.
I have a confession. I almost didn’t share this tool because it is my secret weapon.
As someone that prefers to batch create content for efficiency, I was always frustrated by the lack of ability to schedule Instagram stories. I know, I know, plenty of social media schedulers let you plan your instagram stories and then send you a text reminder at the time to post it, but I don’t love being tied to that. Enter Storrito. Storrito allows you to plan, schedule, and AUTOPOST your Instagram stories. That means it will post right to Instagram at the time you schedule it for. You can even add interactive stickers, like polls and sliders, with Storrito. You’re welcome.
